Customer Service Representatives Wanted

Do you have experience in customer service and/or administration, or are you simply someone who enjoys providing service and creating great customer experiences? We are now looking for several customer service representatives for our client located just outside Jönköping.

About the Position

In the role of customer service representative, you will be the company's first point of contact with customers and internal parties. You will answer incoming calls and emails, manage cases in the system, and work with related administration. The role requires good structure, clear communication, and a willingness to help.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Start is ongoing, preferably immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls and manage the switchboard
  • Work in the company's case management system
  • Coordinate cases with internal departments and serve as a central point of contact

About You

If you are social, positive, and service-minded, you will thrive in this role. You are flexible, responsible, and easily adapt to new programs and routines. Good administrative skills and a logical mindset are important for success. You have a professional demeanor and contribute to satisfied customers and good internal communication.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, especially spoken
  • Experience working with the Office suite

Meritorious

  • Experience in customer service

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Selection and interviews are ongoing. As part of the process, both a logic test and a personality test will be sent out at the beginning of the recruitment process.
